Supporting a Loved One

If you are helping with the transition of a loved one, we support you!  Our goal is to make their transition as easy as possible.  There are a few guiding principles that can help you, which are explored in detail in some of the links below.  Some common themes are: 

• take time and don’t rush the process or the decisions,
• increase the communication and provide choices,
• plan together,
• enlist the help of friends and relatives,
• help your loved ones make their new place their own,
• visit often!
