The Volunteer Department of HCH is thriving! Once again, volunteers are allowed in Faith & Grace Manors to bless our residents. And we are always recruiting new volunteers for the many positions around HCH that are such a blessing to this community.
If you would like to join our Volunteer Team, we have many opportunities where you can get involved. For example, we are looking for mealtime assistance, musicians, singers, friendly visitors and many others. Find out more.
Visiting at HCH
If you are planning a visit to HCH, here is some important information to keep in mind:
All visitors are strongly recommended not to visit if they are feeling unwell. Please plan your visit for another day.
Parking is limited at HCH. Visitor parking is available beside Providence Tower, behind Trinity Tower and behind King Tower.
We’ve all experienced lots of life transitions, and we know your next move is important! In this video, you will meet just a few of the people who will help you make HCH your community – a place of family and new relationships; a place to call home!

Several of our care partners recently attended the on-site day of the Accredited Wound Care Champion Program. Funded through the Ontario Ministry of Long-Term Care, this program incorporates the RNAO Best Practice Champion framework and the valuable evidence-based wound care guidelines from Wounds Canada to strengthen clinical leadership and best practices in wound prevention, assessment, and management. By enhancing wound care expertise within our home, we can support better healing, reduce complications, and improve quality of life for our residents. 💙 Here to Care #HereToCare#woundcareChampion#BPSO#bestpracticechampion#WoundsCanada#longtermcare#QualityImprovementWounds Canada...
