‘Thank You for Being a Blessing’ Program
Do you know someone at HCH who has made a difference in your life, or the life of others? Someone who went above and beyond to bless tenants, residents, family members or colleagues? Then we have a way that you can say THANK YOU to them for being a blessing.
How Does the Program Work?
You can purchase one of these lovely pins as a way to show someone that they have been a blessing to you and have made a difference in your life or in the lives of others.
You can purchase one of these lovely pins as a way to thank someone for being a blessing and making a difference in your life. Along with the pin comes a beautiful thank you card. The card will be filled out with a message you provide, and we will deliver or mail to the person to make their day brighter.
Pins are available with a $20 donation to Grace and Faith Manor Family Councils.
Pins are available for purchase in person at the main reception desk and payments can be made by cash or cheque.

The funds raised from this initiative will be used for residents living in Grace and Faith Manors to support enhanced programming that is not covered by the revenues received from residents or the Ministry of Long-Term Care.
