How to Apply

WELCOME TO HOLLAND CHRISTIAN HOMES

Come Over for a Visit

Welcome to HCH, a place that you can call “home” for your retirement years.  Whether you’re considering HCH for yourself and spouse, or wondering what it might look like if your loved ones made the move to Holland Christian Homes, we invite you to learn more about our community.  Find out why we’re proud to be a community of believers and a “Community of Care”.

Here are your steps to becoming part of our “Towers”, Independent Living community:

  1. Come and visit! Arrange your introductory HCH campus site tour and visit by contacting our Tenant Business Services office at 905.459.3333, Ext. 5276.  During your tour, you are invited to ask any questions.
  2. You will receive a response from us at HCH.

During your visit we will have printed forms for you which you can return to us at a later date (or download and print from the links above). When you are ready to apply, the forms can be dropped off, or mailed to us at the address below.

When you are alerted that an apartment is available, a Medical Application for Independent Living at the Towers is to be completed and submitted by your Doctor.

A Note About Availability

We invite you to identify the tower in which you’d prefer to reside.  However, due to the number of applicants and varying availability, unfortunately not all requests can be honoured.  Your best approach is to apply early!  Wait times for new tenants varies, depending on the type of apartment selected.
